WASHINGTON, DC — Christine Todd-Whitman, Administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), will present the keynote address at the 13th annual Earth Technologies Forum on Monday, March 25 at the Hyatt Regency on Capitol Hill here. The three-day forum is an international conference and exhibition on global climate change and ozone protection technologies and policies.
Whitman will discuss the Bush administration's plan for reducing greenhouse gas emissions through voluntary industry programs and economic incentives. In addition, she will highlight the recently launched "Climate Leaders Program," which showcases industry's commitment to addressing climate change.
