Utility Service Express Launches Website

HVAC and standby power service company Utility Service Express recently launched its Website at www.usetomwarner.com. Visitors can obtain online financing directly from the site, specials are continuously offered during the appropriate season, and updates are frequently made to the site with appropriate current information.

At the Website visitors can click on the flashing “Click here for an immediate price quote” in the upper right corner of the home page. This takes the client to www.value-price.com to sell HVAC systems to the online customer segment that wants information and fast response so that they can best make their own buying decisions. According to Tom Warner, president of Utility Service Express, “We do not sell to these clients. Customers determine the quality they want online. We immediately give them the price for an installation of a matched system at that level. These customers are empowered to select their HVAC systems.”

Warner added that he has applied his 40 years of experience with HVAC and plumbing systems “to develop an Internet-based sales system that works. For the last two years, homeowners have used it to get an HVAC cost estimate and, in many cases, to purchase the system we quote. Arrangements for system replacement are made quickly online, at any time. A project manager’s visit to the home - which precedes installation - is used to handle the necessary paperwork and to verify that the homeowner has furnished accurate data.”
