Canadian Facts (TNS), a marketing and social research firm, has released the
results of a new study reporting that one-third of the Canadian population view
the environment and global warming as the most important issue affecting the
world today.
The
Council of the Federation, comprised of Canada's premiers, has released its
energy plan, “A Shared Vision for Energy in Canada.” According to the federation,
the document highlights the importance of energy conservation, supply, demand,
and infrastructure to Canada's continued prosperity.
