R-410A and other HFCs are being phased-down beginning January 1, 2022. New equipment and new refrigerants referred to as Low GWP Refrigerants will be used in much of the new equipment. Many Low GWP Refrigerants (A2L and A3s) are flammable. Technicians need to know how to safely handle, transport, store, and leak test these refrigerants.
