I have spent 3 years of my apprenticeship with this company. Working with many veterans of this company has shown me that there hasn't been much improvement. They have fallen behind on technology and fail to maintain the rest of their shop. We have had to learn how to use machines that are barely operable. There is so much potential to grow and I hope it happens.

Working on jobs at ASI have been good for the most part. Most of them have been organized and ready for work and there have been some jobs where there is not a lot of organization. There was not enough tools for use among the crew.
