The apprenticeship has been awesome. I believe that the efforts to bring the curriculum up to a more state of the art and/or more relevant to the current technology is great.

Working on very specialized projects and doing one off custom work that nobody else is doing provides a very good learning experience in a wide variety of scenarios and types of work.

Give the apprentices more opportunities to do field work at the beginning of the apprenticeship. Foremen should treat apprentices better since we are learning.
