The radiant mixing block is an all-in-one injection mixing system; it is a complete piping, pumping, air elimination, and control package, states the manufacturer. It combines a variable-speed injection mixing control, injection circulator, system circulator, and air eliminator. The radiant mixing block can be set up as an outdoor reset control, setpoint control, or delta T limiting control. The unit can handle radiant load demands up to 120,000 Btu. No special piping is required, the company says. The mixing block comes with a replaceable wet-rotor cartridge design, an integral check valve, and a large LCD. A line cord is included; hard wiring is optional.
