LIBERTYVILLE, Ill. - Frank D. Higgason, founder of National Plumbing & Heating Supply Co., Chicago, died Nov. 7. He was 82. Mr. Higgason was a former Marine Corps veteran who served in Guadalcanal. He is survived by his wife Valerie; children Donald, Robert, Richard, and Barbara Higgason, Manetta Quillinan, and Sheila Burns.
