FALLS CHURCH, Va. — The Education Foundation of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors — National Association (PHCC) held the first of its new “Essentials of PHC Project Management” courses in January.
Twenty-six contractors from industry firms attended the project management course, which was conducted by the Foundation at the National Conference Center outside Washington, D.C.
