Neoprene seals expand as wing nuts and handles turn, offering a permanent tool in place of temporary plumber’s bread, says the company. The units can also be used to sweat off and remove faulty valves that are cooled by dripping water. They are offered in capacities from 1/2 in. up to 2 in.
