Description: This session is intended to help inspire and motivate attendees to actively participate in making the HVACR trade a more inviting place for new recruits and the next generation of workers. Learn some tips that will help incentivize workers who are presently facing recruitment from many different trades. Learn ways contractors, technicians and facility managers can help to provide a positive environment for the incumbent workforce by leading professionals and nurturing growth and advancement. Some discussion will revolve around shifting mindset, engaging employees to build confidence and competence, and ways to manage the organizational growth with available resources.
