Duravent Acquires Hart & Cooley
DETROIT — DuraVent acquired Hart & Cooley.
"Our immediate objective is to build one unified company, with one team, focused on world-class manufacturing and distribution,” said DuraVent President and CEO Simon Davis in announcing the deal. “We are guided by our passion for innovation and commitment to creating the benchmark for responsive customer service.”
The transaction is supported by the Egeria Group through its Evergreen fund.
