Tempstar Introduces New Performance Heat Pump and Air Conditioner Models
Highly efficient, two-stage units provide exceptional temperature control and quiet operation
LEWISBURG, Tenn. — With the introduction of the N4H6 Performance 16 heat pump and N4A7 Performance 17 air conditioner, Tempstar is continually improving on its two-stage heating and cooling product lines. These new Performance units are built with efficient two-stage compressors to deliver high efficiency, superior temperature and humidity control, and quiet operation at an affordable price. Tempstar is a part of UTC Climate, Controls & Security, a unit of United Technologies Corp.
The Tempstar N4H6 Performance 16 heat pump is an energy-efficient two-stage model that achieves up to 17.5 SEER, 13.5 EER cooling efficiency, and up to 9.5 HSPF. Operating at sound levels as quiet as 70 decibels (dBA), it is Energy Star-qualified and has a 10-year limited parts limited.
Achieving up to 17 SEER/13 EER cooling efficiency, the Tempstar N4A7 Performance 17 air conditioner is Energy Star-qualified, operates as quietly as 71 dBA, and has a 10-year limited parts warranty.
