Description: This water leak alarm was designed specifically to monitor air conditioner condensate pans. The product warns of impending overflowing condensate pans by sounding an alarm when it senses a buildup of condensate that isn’t correctly draining. The alarms are small and contain an internal three-year battery and preset programming that eliminates installation time — just place the alarm into the condensate pan and walk away. It will allow moisture/water to build up to 1/8 of an inch before sounding a 110-decibel (dB) alarm when water touches the two prongs on the bottom of the product.
