At up to 93 percent efficiency, Ventacity heat recovery ventilators (HRVs) and energy recovery ventilators (ERVs) deliver fresh outdoor air within a few degrees of room temperature, reducing heating and cooling loads and HVACR equipment energy requirements by up to 50 percent. All Ventacity units can be equipped with the company’s Smart Building Gateway (SBG) technology. With SBG, the units are able to independently monitor indoor/outdoor temperature, relative humidity, and occupancy status and detect and reduce unhealthy levels of CO₂ or volatile organic compounds (VOCs), to maintain a healthy indoor environment. The HRVs and ERVs are easily installed on rooftops, outdoors or in mechanical rooms.
