EEB Hub Meets With DOE
Meeting Held to Update Congressional Funders
PHILADELPHIA — The EEB Hub was one of four Energy Innovation Hubs welcomed to Washington recently for a briefing with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz.
The briefing, hosted by Rep. Chaka Fattah, D-Pa., provided an opportunity for the hubs to update DOE leadership and key Congressional funders on their missions and progress to date.
EEB Hub said DOE is committed to the Energy Innovation Hub model, with another hub focused on electricity proposed in the fiscal year 2013 budget.
