MERCER, Pa. — Celebrating its 125th anniversary, Reznor has announced the opening of a new testing lab. The company said the lab is part of an overall investment of $5 million to upgrade the facility and will be used to develop the next generations of Reznor HVAC equipment.
“We see this as an investment in the future success of the HVAC specifying engineers and installing contractors that rely on Reznor equipment,” said David Street, vice president. “It will allow Reznor engineers to design and test prototypes to harsh, real-world conditions. It will not only speed up the time it takes to develop and get approvals for improved technologies. It will also provide verifiable performance data.”
