PEACHTREE CITY, Ga. — Rinnai America Corp. and the Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET) have announced they are joining forces to promote improved home-energy performance in the United States. Through the agreement, Rinnai will help educate HVAC and building professionals on the RESNET Home Energy Rating System (HERS) Index, a standard that measures a home’s energy efficiency.
“Our partnership with Rinnai will help building and remodeling professionals better understand how tankless water heaters can contribute to a home’s overall health,” said Steve Baden, executive director, RESNET. “Additionally, it will allow these professionals to accurately account for potential home-energy savings, helping to further differentiate themselves in the marketplace.”
