The XR95 is a single-stage furnace achieving AFUE ratings of 95 percent. The furnace contains an aluminized steel heat exchanger, three-row secondary heat exchanger, and direct-drive, multispeed blower motor. Features include a self-diagnostic microelectronic controller; durable, adaptive silicon nitrides hot surface igniter; multiport, in-shot burners; an enclosed burner box; an insulated heavy steel cabinet; and sealed combustion - 100 percent outside combustion air option. Depending on the model, the nominal capacity output (Btuh) ranges from 38,000 to 104,500. The 40-inch high and 28-inch depth cabinet allows the unit to be installed almost anywhere, says the company.
