For those who have been in the industry longer than I have (pretty much everyone) and for those who have been in it longer than most (I'm looking at those of you with 30-plus years of experience), we sometimes need a reminder that there's still learning left to be done.
My last few weeks have been spent working on white papers with some of the biggest mechanical contractors in the country in preparation for the Mechanical Xchange, which happens each September.
I have a sneaking suspicion my a/c is not going to make it this summer. So I'm preparing for the worst, putting pennies away now for the inevitable breakdown. And what do I do? Call a contractor to come out and take a look at my suspicion? Nope! I'm going to be an idiot and wait until it goes down.
