York Engineered Systems: Air-Handling Units

Solutionâ„¢ air-handling units (AHUs) offer custom performance and flexibility more quickly and economically than other custom AHUs, claims the company. Due to specialized design engineering software, unprecedented flexibility in AHU dimensions, materials, and components are offered now, the manufacturer states. According to the company, this allows HVAC designers to specify their performance requirements, rather than focus on AHU construction. The manufacturer states that with new manufacturing processes, it can cost effectively build units to order and ship them quickly, in most cases in six to eight weeks.
