The Electric Coil Form machine is designed to produce bends in single-row coils or multiple single-row coils joined at one end. The machine handles round and flat-tube coils up to 60 inches wide and 3 meters long for large commercial HVACR applications.

The split universal mounting kit version, Split uKIT, of the AEGIS® SGR bearing protection ring protects the bearings of variable-frequency drive motors from electrical damage, and allows quick and easy retrofitting of the ring on virtually any ac motor shaft without decoupling attached equipment.

Models SS103E and SS500EP of the Safe-T-Switch® condensate overflow shutoff switches provide reliable operation, water damage protection, diagnostics, and monitoring of commercial and residential air conditioning systems and their condensate drains.

Driven by variable-frequency drives, the Gen2.0 PremiumPlus+™ brushless permanent magnet motors have motor-only rated point efficiencies of 93 percent and 92 percent for 3- and 5-hp versions respectively. They are packaged in standard NEMA frame sizes and mounting dimensions for easy substitution.

Handling tubes up to 3/8-inch diameter, the Small Diameter Vertical Bend Hairpin Bender (SD VBHB) is available. It features throughput capacities of up to 4,000 hairpins per hour. Production capabilities include 8 tubes/cycle for all diameters.

With a pressure relief valve included, the tankless water heater kits consist of separate hot and cold valves. The hot and cold valves are available in union x threaded or union x solder ends with an integral ¾-inch FNPT relief valve port.

Enhancements to the entire Fiberglas™ pipe insulation product line, along with the company’s SSL II® positive closure system, deliver consistent pipe insulation sections that are easier to install and have a smooth appearance.
