The new “Vacu-Breaker” instant hot water electric circulating machine is designed to bring low-pressure centrifugal chillers to atmospheric pressure or to pressurize for leak detection by warming or cooling the refrigerant to the desired temperature and pressure, says the company. It eliminates purging nitrogen and R-11 into the atmosphere, to protect the environment, the manufacturer says. Features include an auto start-up and turn-off function, and return-water digital temperature control. The unit weighs 50 lb.
