The FasNSeal W2 double-wall vent system, available in 3- through 16-in. dia, is a commercial and light industrial vent system for high-efficiency, Category III and IV, gas- or propane-fired appliances. The flue gas conduit is made from corrosion-resistant AL29-4C® stainless steel. The stainless steel outer jacket provides for a 1¼8-in. airspace for reduced clearance to combustibles, better performance in unheated environments, and added stability for long vent runs, says the company. A gasket and mechanical locking band are built into each vent length to allow fast, air and watertight installations, the company says.
