Scott Giacobbe, formerly a vice president of Linc Service Holdings and vice president and general manager of one of the company-owned businesses, has been named president and CEO of The Linc Corporation. Chuck Davidson, president and CEO of Linc Service Holdings, has been named to the board of directors of The Linc Corporation.

Davidson, a 24-year veteran of the mechanical service industry, said that technology and training would be a major joint initiative over the coming year. Giacobbe will be based in a new Linc Corporation office near the Atlanta, GA, headquarters of Linc Service Holdings. This will supplement the current Pittsburgh, PA, operation.
