The FieldMasterPro software, designed for small businesses, integrates with Windows Mobile 5.0. The hosted solution gives on-the-road service teams real-time access to sales and customer information, eliminating paper-based tracking. The myServiceForce.com system uses PDAs and smart phones that support Mobile 5.0. These mobile devices work anywhere, even out of range of a wireless network, resynchronizing once back in range. Devices print invoices immediately upon service. Linking with scheduling software optimizes routes, while ensuring that dispatched trucks have the required equipment, said the company.
