Midwest Tool & Cutlery Co.: Tinner Snips

Two 14-inch tinner snips models feature bent handles, which position the user's hand safely above the material being cut. Model P147CBP features a full polish finish and Kush-N-Kote plastisol grips to cushion the user's hand. Model 147CBT has a burnished finish without plastisol grips and is designed for industrial applications. Both bent-handle tinner snips are rated to cut 18-gauge cold-rolled sheet metal and 22-gauge stainless sheet metal. They feature a 3-7/8-inch length of cut per cutting stroke. A combination blade pattern cuts wide curves to the right and left. The tinner snips are hot drop-forged from molybdenum alloy steel.
