“Our commitment is to ship parts the same day the order is received.”

The company said that a 70,000-sq-ft Service Parts Center will house more than 15,000 discrete part numbers. Currently, more than 30 employees are focused on taking and filling orders for replacement parts.

“We are confident that the foundations we have put in place, that has sustained the current 95% fill rate on orders for standard stocked parts, will allow us to continue to further improve our fill rates,” said Vinod Kapoor, director of manufacturing operations.
