Franchises Exceed 400

SARASOTA, Fla. - Clockwork Home Services officially exceeded the 400th franchisee benchmark within its portfolio of nationally branded home services companies. Currently, Clockwork holds 168 Benjamin Franklin Plumbing® franchises, 54 Mister Sparky Electrical® franchises, and 184 One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating® franchises across the United States - for a total of 406 franchises.

“We are proud to mark yet another milestone for our growing family of national franchisees,” said Tab Hunter, president of Franchise Operations for Clockwork Home Services Inc. “This achievement is a result of the confidence that independent home services contractors have in our business model, which combines Clockwork Home Services’ high standards, best business practices, and brand reputation within this industry.”

The 400th franchisee was Brian McDermott, who purchased a Benjamin Franklin Plumbing franchise in Dec. 2007. “Being an owner of a Benjamin Franklin franchise has taught me to be a better businessman,” said McDermott. “After 17 years in the business, I now have a company that is organized and efficient enough to run without me being present 24 hours a day, seven days a week.”

As a Clockwork franchisee, contractors and business owners say they benefit from a nationally recognized brand with a turnkey management system. They also have access to company-wide programs and training opportunities provided by Clockwork. Examples include Buy Max®, the company’s wholesale distributor; SuccessAcademy®, its training program; CKYellowPages®, its advertising program; and Phone Facts Evaluations®, its telephone tracking program.
