The new rubber boot accessory for the FW2000 Series digital waterproof thermometer line is designed to slip easily over the FW2000MK and FW2000 units to add even more durability, says the company. The bright red color of the boot helps prevent misplacement of the unit or the boot itself, the company says. A Velcro® cord comes standard with the unit, allowing users to attach the unit to their belt. Even with the boot on the FW2000 Series thermometer, there is still enough room for the unit to fit into its accessory pouch, says the manufacturer.
