The Mechanical Service Contractors of America (MSCA) announces the release of the MSCA Customer Service Training Series, a program of technician-oriented customer service training. A technical session called “Who Killed the Compressor” will be presented during the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES) Annual Conference on Saturday, October 28. The Air Conditioning Contractors of Arizona (ACCA) of Phoenix, AZ has teamed with Maggie’s Place to provide aid to this home that helps expectant mothers in need. ACCA collected money from its members to purchase various items needed for the home.
