The SmartIAQâ„¢ Report is an IAQ assessment program. It shows homeowners the results of the manufacturer's time-based IAQ testing performed inside the home by an HVAC service professional. The report presents IAQ test findings in three categories - health, comfort, and safety - and ranks them based on national IAQ guidelines, which allows customers to quickly understand the effect of any problems found. Possible causes and recommended solutions are also listed. The report provides local outdoor air information and projected energy cost savings for a total IAQ solutions presentation. New features designed for contractors include built-in assessment checklists, built-in coupons, and updated proposal generators.
