ARLINGTON, Va. — The Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) has launched the online HVAC Career Center in partnership with MEPatWork.com. According to ACCA, the career center enables contractors to post job listings as well as search through r¿m¿posted by technicians and other employees. Job seekers can search the listings and post r¿m¿for free.

“Finding quality technicians is an ongoing issue for contractors of all sizes, all over the country,” said Michael Honeycutt, ACCA senior vice president. “The Internet provides an amazing tool, especially as young people in the industry now go there first looking for work or a career change. But the giant job boards, which cross all industries, make it difficult for specialized firms like HVAC contractors to reach the right audience for their message. That’s why we created the ACCA career center.”
