GREENWICH, N.Y. — The Phantom Laboratory, located in Greenwich, N.Y., dedicated its new photovoltaic system. The 15 kW system was installed by Montpelier, Vermont-based Solar Works Inc., with funding from the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA). Under NYSERDA’s solar electric incentive program, the laboratory qualified for a $75,000 incentive toward the $132,650 system.
