Daikin Acquires Goodman for $3.7 Billion

What has been long rumored in the HVAC industry became official as Daikin Industries signed a definitive agreement to acquire Goodman Global Group for $3.7 billion. The companies hope the agreement will give the Japanese company even more of a presence in North America.
