The Ideal Store program provides HVAC parts distributors with a common look to promote and merchandise the Source 1 offering of wholesale, nonproprietary parts for Luxaire, Coleman, and York equipment lines. The program includes point-of-purchase materials, lighted displays, and sign-age, as well as shelving plan-o-grams. It is designed to give distributors a professional store appearance and parts offering. At a location utilizing this program, dealers can find it easier to locate and purchase all the products needed to complete a job at one time, eliminating multiple trips to the parts store. Two different kinds of kits are available: one for stores in excess of 1,500 square feet and another for stores less than 1,500 square feet. The company's regional sales managers travel to each enrolled parts distributor to install the fixture components of the kits and consult with distributors on how to place products on shelves.
