The White-Rodgers Nitride Upgrade Kit is designed to replace silicon carbide ignitors with sturdier nitride design. It provides everything needed for aftermarket replacement of silicon carbide ignitors, including a nitride ignitor, power module, universal bracket, wiring harness, double-sided foam back tape, and a label to indicate that the furnace has been updated with nitride technology, says the company.
