Hvac contractors have a new website that encourages them to “raise the level of professionalism” and “sell your knowledge.” The website, www.mechmanage.com, offers to sell a marketable program to contractors who plan to design, build, and manage building maintenance systems.

The website states that “As a plan-spec contractor, learn how to become a plan-spec-manage contractor;” and “as a design-build contractor, learn how to become a design-build-manage contractor.”
