TROY, Mich. - An hour-long webinar covering “Advanced Applications of Ground Source Water-to-Water Heat Pumps” will take place on June 17, 1 p.m. EDT. John Siegenthaler, PE, of Appropriate Designs will present the webinar, which is a follow-up to his popular ClimateMaster geothermal webinar. The event moderator will be Mike Murphy, editor-in-chief of The NEWS.

This webinar will discuss piping and control strategies for multiple water-to-water heat pump systems, handling simultaneous heating and cooling loads, mechanical room details for commercial size earth loops, the use of variable-speed circulators to reduce parasitic energy consumption, and unique configurations for buffer tanks. Attendees can submit questions during the webinar which will be answered by Siegenthaler.
