Two of San Antonio’s top air conditioning and heating companies are merging operations. Elmer Zubiate, owner of On Time Elmer, has acquired the San Antonio franchise of One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. The two companies have merged under the new name of Elmer’s One Hour Air.
Bowling Green Technical College has been granted accreditation of its heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) program by HVAC Excellence. Programmatic accreditation is where an independent third party, HVAC Excellence, reviews a program against set educational and industry standards.

Long-time Austin, Texas-area heating and air conditioning contractor, Chris Strand, has acquired Stan’s Heating & Air Conditioning, an Austin company formerly owned by Stan Johnson. Strand founded Strand Brothers Heating & Air Conditioning in 1978, and later sold the business to Service Experts.
