Comfort Supply Inc., a wholesale distributor of Ruud HVAC products, has opened a location in Clarksville, Tenn. The new warehouse/showroom is at 1460 New Ashland City Road. Comfort Supply also has stores in Nashville, Murfreesboro, and Cookeville.

During a campaign to update its members’ contact information, the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES) held a random drawing of all the participants for a chance to win a 32-inch, liquid-crystal display, high-definition television. Maurice Pickett of the RSES Central Kentucky Chapter was the winner.

Liebert, a manufacturer of computer room air conditioning systems, has recognized Hill York as its South Florida and Caribbean service provider. Through the acquisition of Michael Cullota and his company, American HVAC&R, Hill York said it is now the largest Liebert Network Solutions Partner in the state of Florida.

HTS Texas recently provided Rice University with a bus-sized energy recovery unit - believed to be the single largest ever installed in Texas, and one of the largest in the Southwest - for the Brockman Hall for Physics. The building is set for completion in late 2010.
