The company has expanded its Horizon® absorption chiller line, adding single-stage hot water and steam-fired absorption water chillers. Currently available in 500 to 800 tons, the single-stage chiller is able to produce water in the range of 40° to 60°F (4.4° to 15.6°C) using a low-grade heat source of 12-psig steam or 270°F (132°C) hot water. The UCP2™ control panel works with standalone control, hybrid control, and building automation systems.
