The InfraPro 4® laser-sighted infrared thermometer is a lightweight unit that features a 50:1 spot size ratio to measure the temperature of a 3-in.-dia target from 10 ft away, the company says. Other target sizes are proportional to distance. The backlit LCD display and nine-dot laser targeting permits accurate measurements even in low-light conditions, says the company. Adjustable emissivity improves measurement accuracy, the manufacturer says. Memory allows logging and storage of up to 12 readings. Temperature range is -25° to 1,400°F (-32° to 760°C).
