The OPK-50GS/E is a leak detection kit that makes it easy for technicians to find all air conditioning leaks - even those in cramped areas that are inaccessible to larger lamps, says the company. The kit features the Optimax Jr™, a compact, blue LED flashlight with mega power that quickly reveals the smallest leaks in air conditioning systems. It is 7¼ inches (19 cm) long, weighs 5 ounces (140 g) and can fit in a shirt pocket. It has a 100,000-hour LED life and is powered by three AA batteries, which are included. Also included in the kit are four Glo-Stick® universal/POE a/c dye capsules. These single-dose capsules come in different sizes/concentrations to match the system capacity. One BV-50 bleed valve attaches the capsule to the service hose. An 8-ounce spray bottle of Glo-Away™ dye cleaner, a purge capsule, and fluorescence-enhancing glasses are included in the kit. All items are stored in a convenient, sturdy plastic carrying case.
