The NEWS, in conjunction with the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA), is presenting the National HVACR Service Managers Forum Oct. 9-10 at the Doubletree Hotel Houston, located in downtown Houston.
ACCA chairman Ray Isaac, a former service manager himself, said, “If you think it’s hot in the attic, wait until you’re behind the service manager’s desk.” The scheduled October forum is designed to “help take the heat off and show you new ways and insights to take charge of your career and help build a better contracting business.”
Leading contractors and experts will be providing their expertise. Planned sessions include “Structure Your Service Department for Profit,” “The Perfect Service Call,” “How to Stay Cool When Customers Get Hot,” “Finances for Service Managers,” and “Taking Your Service Agreement Program to the Next Level.”
For more information or to register for the forum, go to www.servicemanagersforum.com, or call Vickie Ellis at 703-824-8856.
