Sept. 8, 2010: Famous Enterprises to Host 27th Annual Tri-State Expo

AKRON, Ohio - Famous Enterprises, a wholesale distributor of HVAC, plumbing, industrial and building products, announced that it will host its 27th Annual Tri-State Expo on Sept. 14 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sept. 15 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the I-X Center in Cleveland. Said to be the largest regional trade show of its kind, contractors and industry professionals are invited to attend the two-day event for free.

The trade show, which is not open to the public, offers over 400 exhibiting manufacturers, including: Aprilaire, Arzel Zoning Technology, Armstrong Air, Bradford White, Frigidaire Appliance, Honeywell, Kohler, Luxaire, MasterBrand Cabinets, Moen, NIBCO, Slant Fin, Triangle Tube, Viega, White-Rodgers, and more.

Contractors and industry professionals will receive free parking, free admission to the show, and free food and beverages.

Famous will offer attendees Show Special Pricing on products being featured at the show. The company said thousands of products will be specially priced to help contractors and industry professionals stay competitive in the market.

The show will also feature Crazy Eddie’s “Expo Bargain Bonanza.” This will be a sale section of select products at a deep discount exclusive to show attendees. Discounted products will include appliances, plumbing products, kitchen cabinets, vanities with tops, accessories, supplies, building products, equipment, tools, and more. This added area offers savings in addition to the Show Special Pricing.

State of Ohio and North American Technician Excellence (NATE)-certified courses will be offered during the show through Famous University®. Contractors may attend these fee-based courses and earn continuing education credits (CEUs) and NATE certification. In addition to the state of Ohio and NATE-certified courses, Famous University will also host free Special Interest Seminars. These seminars will cover such topics as: solar thermal systems, wireless controls and zoning, geothermal, condensing boilers, tankless water heaters, general furnace service, residential fire sprinkler, Gastite certification, and nitrogen purging of line sets.
