Suitable for field or laboratory use, the new VG64 digital vacuum gauge is designed to provide high accuracy at a low price, says the company. It can read vacuum from 12,000 microns down to 0 over a temperature range of 35° to 125°F (2° to 52°C). Vacuum can be displayed in user-selectable units: microns (milliTorrs), psi, milliBars, in. Hg, and Pascals. The unit has a cleaning port that provides quick cleaning and drying of the sensor, the company says. It uses a 9-V battery and has a built-in hanger.
