S.I. Goldman Wins Florida School Project

LONGWOOD, Fla. — S.I. Goldman Co. Inc./Comfort Systems USA, a mechanical contractor and service company, has secured a contract to provide HVAC and plumbing systems for a Lake Mary High School project.

Construction includes an auditorium building and the renovation of the central energy plant that serves the entire campus.

Starmer Ranaldi Planning & Architecture Inc. designed the project. Matern Professional Engineering Inc. provided engineering. Seminole County Public Schools is the owner. The project was a joint venture of Welbro Building Corp. and Jack Jennings & Sons Inc.

S.I. Goldman provides HVAC systems, plumbing, medical gas systems, and process piping for projects throughout the southeast United States.
