Robinair Division: high-flow fittings

These high-flow fittings replace standard service connections that have Schrader valve cores, providing faster testing and charging, says the company. Also, evacuation time to reach 29-in. Hg is reduced, the company says. The fittings are installed by soldering the adapter fitting to 1/4-in. tubing and installing the high-flow core. It eliminates the need for process tube connections or brazing and the leaks that can result, says the manufacturer. No adjustment or replacement is needed.
