Packard. “This consolidation of operations will allow us to create focused centers of excellence in virtually every operation area.”

Each of the companies will still maintain independent brands with their own sales-marketing organizations. The Motor Technologies Group will be headquartered in Wausau, WI, and will be headed up by David Eisenreich. Marathon’s marketing operations will remain in Wausau, while the customer service and marketing efforts will remain in the Cleveland, OH, area. Leeson will remain in Grafton, WI.
